Our warranty does not apply to damage from accidents or improper handling, normal wear over time, misuse-related loss or harm, or issues with center stones and settings—meticulously checked prior to shipment and usually only impacted by forceful contact. Any work performed by another jeweler on a ZAMAJ piece,such as resizing or repairs will invalidate the warranty.
I need to repair my ZAMAJ piece (s). How can I proceed ?
For defects outside warranty or after the period expires, repairs are available at cost, assessed case-by-case. Customers cover return shipping and any transit risks.
